There doesn't seem to be an accurate date, and Fallout 76 always has a lot to fix. In order to deal with the problems before it gets worse, Bethesda now is planning to introduce a Public Test Server in 2020, what the studio announced recently, "Once we've figured out all(or most of) the kinks, we will be able to provide more details on our PTS and how you can participate.

In addition, in 2020, more new changes and improvements will be added to Fallout 76, and Perk Loadouts as a new feature will provide players with more opportunities to receive additional rewards as early as next year, although the details have not yet been determined by the studio.

Along with PTS, Bethesda plans to introduce Multi-Factor Authentication to fix possible problems in order to improve account security. If all goes well, the feature will be realized by the end of this year. And in Q1 2020, the Legendary Player will be released as scheduled.

As we all know, in the year that is about to pass, Fallout 76 is constantly making such troubles, like rare power armor is missing, legendary items can not drop and unless loot appears in the list of legendary items and so on, hopefully, the next Public Test Server can effectively prevent these from happening again.

Bethesda has never stopped collecting feedback from players about public events, it is not all of the PTS above, but soon you will see all of the adjustments in Fallout 76 of 2020. At that time, the Public Test Server will be available on PC, PlayStation4 and Xbox One.

Although the countless troubles of Fallout 76 are obvious to all, quite a few players never stop playing it. When you are looking for the Fallout 76 Bottle Caps, you can also check the games items from M8X to enjoy more deals on other games if you are interested.
