Fortnite v37.10 Update: One-Punch Man Collaboration Begins, Season 10 Is Here!

Fortnite has recently released the v37.10 update, bringing a range of new content, though the overall volume of changes is relatively modest. In addition to the three One-Punch Man collaboration skins, Hatsune Miku will also make a reappearance in the Item Shop. The new Monthly Crew Pack skins require a six-month subscription to unlock all styles, but their special effects are impressive. The FNCS Champion Witch skin has also returned, featuring a sleek design that many players will appreciate. New OXR and Agent series skins have been added as well, offering a variety of styles to suit different preferences.
On the technical side, the long-awaited client optimization feature, announced nearly a year ago, still shows no significant changes. The Rocket Racing mode may undergo major adjustments in the future, with leaks suggesting that Epic is developing a garage system for customizing vehicle appearances in-game. New pet and battle royale modes are also in development, though progress seems slow, and the collaboration with Disney is reportedly not proceeding as smoothly as expected.
In terms of storyline, the alien parasite infestation continues to expand across the island, with some areas completely consumed. A mysterious black monolith has appeared on the map, emitting strange audio cues that may be tied to an upcoming music event. While no major plot advancements have occurred, hidden Easter eggs and clues suggest deeper developments ahead.
The v37.10 update maintains Fortnite's signature strength in collaborations and diverse gameplay, though some players feel the amount of new content has decreased compared to earlier seasons. It is reported that the game's average concurrent player count may stabilize around one million, a reminder of the game's peak days of weekly high-intensity updates.
