Diablo 4: Will Blizzard add secret cows in the future?

Since its introduction in Diablo 2, the secret cow level has become a popular feature among fans of the series. However, whether Diablo 4 will see this hidden level full of killer cows remains to be seen. Although Diablo 4 doesn't have a secret cow level, it has been suggested that it might be included in a future update.

Diablo IV general manager Rod Fergusson has clarified that there will be no secret cow levels in the game. The developers aimed to maintain a down-to-earth, dark tone, in contrast to the more cartoonish Diablo III. But Diablo 2's original Secret Cow level doesn't detract from the game's harsh, dark setting. Ferguson's remarks could be an attempt to mislead players, or a conscious decision to depart from Diablo 3's art style.

No secret cow levels have been found in Diablo 4 yet, but there are mentions in the game. These include references to the "Bull God" as well as specific items of fan interest, such as "Shards of Bloody Wood" and "Moldy Tome." I am very interested. These items are tied to the opening of Diablo II's Cow Secret level, suggesting they may have a role in the future.

There is currently no Cow Secret level in Diablo IV, but it may be added in the future. Blizzard Entertainment could choose to bring in the much-loved Gyuoh realm, or make it a nostalgic memory. Players who want to explore this infamous level will have to wait for a future update.
