Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 12 hours. You can only return or exchange within 12 hours since your purchase completed. All refunds are subjected to a 5% processing fee. Coins will have to be sold back to us within 12 hours. If you have had your coins delivered and require a refund we will honor this within 12 hours -providing the coins are returned. Once returned we will process your refund, minus EA Taxes.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this but still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Sale items
We only accept regular priced items refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace coins if we have coins for that console in adequate stocks. If you have bought the wrong coins, please contact us immediately via our Live Chat or email us at [email protected]
